The Committee meet on a Wednesday every two months and alternate with three public meetings a year, one of which is the AGM held on a Wednesday in June.

The constitution defines our Objectives:

1. To work for the enhancement, maintenance and use of Roundhay Park
2. To protect the natural beauty and help improve the existing facilities and the resources of the Park
3. To increase Public Awareness in proposed alterations to the Park and its environs
4. To provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for the recreation and leisure time occupation with
the objects of improving the conditions of life for all the inhabitants of Leeds
